A roofer who lives down the road, not one who follows the hail.

Why homeowners choose us

The difference between a contractor and a storm chaser.

After every big storm, trucks with out-of-state plates show up in Twin Cities driveways. Here is what you get instead when you hire a company that lives here, answers the phone next year, and stands behind its name.

We live here, and we stay here

Out-of-state contractors follow the hail and leave. Xteriors360 is based in Lakeville, and the person who quotes your job is the person who answers the phone next year.

You will understand your estimate

Line-item pricing, options laid out side by side, and a walkthrough of what each one means for your house. If something is not worth doing, we say so.

Licensed, insured, and certified

MN Lic. #BC810251 with the State of Minnesota, fully insured, and a TAMKO Pro Platinum Certified Roofing Contractor for enhanced manufacturer warranties.

No pressure. Ever.

No "sign today" discounts, no deductible games, no six-hour sales pitch at your kitchen table. Take our estimate, get another one, and call us when you are ready.

Storm damage & insurance

Had hail? Don't sign anything at the door.

Most homeowners only go through an insurance claim once or twice in their lives. The people knocking on your door after a storm do it every day. We wrote down how the process really works so you can go in knowing as much as they do.

  • Whether you even have a claim - and when filing one hurts you
  • Why "we'll cover your deductible" is illegal in Minnesota
  • What happens at the adjuster meeting, and why we attend it
  • How to check any contractor's Minnesota license in 30 seconds

How it works

Four steps. No surprises.

The same simple process for a small repair or a whole new roof.

  1. 01

    Free inspection

We walk the roof and the property, photograph everything, and check the attic when it matters. You see what we see.

  2. 02

    Plain-language estimate

A written, line-item proposal with options explained in normal words. It does not expire at midnight.

  3. 03

    Installation

Our install crew does the work to the scope we agreed on. Your ${company.role} starts the job and checks on it while it is underway.

  4. 04

    Cleanup and walkthrough

Magnetic nail sweep, a final walk around the house with you, and your warranty paperwork in hand.

About Xteriors360

Twenty-five years in the trade. A new name on the truck.

Jason Vogen has spent his career in exteriors - on roofs, in attics, and across kitchen tables explaining what a homeowner actually needs. Xteriors360 is the company he built to do that work the way he always thought it should be done: honestly, locally, and without the pressure.

Questions

Straight answers.

If you do not see yours here, call - you will get a person, not a call center.

(612) 208-9886
Are you actually local?

Yes. Xteriors360 is owned and run by Jason Vogen from Lakeville, Minnesota. We are licensed by the Minnesota Department of Labor and Industry (MN Lic. #BC810251) and you can look that up yourself.

Do you charge for inspections?

No. A roof or exterior inspection is free and comes with photos and an honest read on what, if anything, needs doing.

Do you help with insurance claims?

We do. We inspect first and tell you whether a claim makes sense, document the damage properly, and meet your adjuster on site. See our storm and insurance page for how the process works.

What areas do you serve?

Lakeville, Farmington, Eagan, Burnsville and the Dakota County south metro first, and the surrounding Twin Cities metro from Chaska to Woodbury. If you are not sure, ask - we will tell you straight.

Who will actually be on my roof?

A vetted install crew, with your Project Lead - the same person who inspected your home and wrote your estimate - starting the job, checking on it during the work, and inspecting it when it is done.

Not sure what your roof needs? Start with a free inspection.

We will look, take photos, and tell you plainly what we see - repair, replace, or leave it alone. No pressure either way.
